A lot of things happened lately. Its just one things after another. It gets tiring and its hard to remain in an upbeat manner.
But just now, one of my colleague was talking to me about her religion 'tao'. A lot of the things that she told me are very logical and I agree with her.
As human beings, we have the tendency to be greedy, selfish, gossip about other people, to name a few.
The things that she said, reminded me of what Cikgu Mansor had always preached to us during the intensive classes. We all should be grateful. Grateful to be born in Brunei where compare to our neighbouring countries, we have relatively less crime.
For me, the one thing that differentiate us from animals is guilt.
Without guilt, then we wont be human anymore.
We have to learn how to be more humble, more forgiving and most important of all, more humane.

"When someone hurts us, we should write it down in sand where winds of forgiveness can erase it away. But, when someone does something good for us, we must engrave it in stone where no wind can ever erase it."
Even the wind of forgiveness would need some time to blow the writing on the sand away too. Like most of us, we need time to heal.
Therefore, come, we start off with Tsing TAO beer...
