I feel very disgusted. Extremely so.  You see I had (yes past tense) a good friend, someone whom I had known since young. Lets call the person S. S borrowed money from me a couple of years ago. S was in a horrible financial mess. S's was gonna be repossessed by the bank and needed some cash to tie her over. So yeah I landed her a little bit of money and till this day I have never asked for the money back as S always claimed she is still in a financial mess but its getting better. S claimed that she will pay me back as soon as possible. I was fine with that as its not as if I needed that money badly. But whenever I open my IG or FB, I would see her enjoying a night out. Eating at places where I will only go once in a while. In addition to that, S also went for an overseas holiday. Not once but twice or issit more than that? Another important part of my wedding was the appointment of my Jimuis. I have a lot of good friends throughout my life and choosing those specials ones are not that hard. They have supported me and given me guidance not only for the wedding but in everyday life as well. Some of my Jimuis are not in daily contact with me but if I ever need any help or favours, they are all just a phone call away. And they know that if they ever need any help from me, I am at their service at any time! As anyone might have guessed what happens when there are more than 2 women in one room! CHAOS!!!!! I'm sure you all have heard of Miu Miu? A sister company of Prada. Bi promised to buy a bag as a present for me. I wanted one of the Prada initially but Bi said that it looks so old....zzzzzzzzz and he say it doesn't suit me at all.  Then when I was surfing the miu miu website , I came across a bag which I fell in love with immediately!!!!! Take a look at this and tell me who is not in love?????? Thanks Bi for the lovely gift! Actually I was expecting it to be more pink and less dirty pink. If you know what I mean? The leather is just so soft and the smell.....gosh the smell.....the leather smell has me all addicted! Bi asked his colleague who went to UK and Europe to help to purchase. I actually budgeted about BND500 for my wedding cake. No way I will go for those classic cake design with all those icing and stuff! I went to my best friend for ideas! Who else but Google? LOL! I narrowed it down to a few designs. Ever since the I started planning for the wedding, I wanted to have a personalized wedding invitation card instead of using those that are being supplied by hotel. Those are so plain and so ordinary!!!!!! I din manage to take those that are being offered by the Orchid Garden Hotel (OGH) but even Bi also agreed that it looked kinda plain. But I also do not want to let the cards supplied by the hotel goes to waste. So my friend from Miri told me that the Hotel will actually compensate me for a certain amount and if the cost of printing the cards exceed that amount, then I will have to fork out the differences. Fair enough. So I approached the person in charge from OGH, Azmin. Azmin confirmed with me that OGH are willing to compensate BND 0.55 per card and that the number of cards they will provide is only up to 80% of the number of invited guests. A big shout out to all couples on Valentine's Day!!!!! Valentine's Day has evolved to a day where lovers expressed their love for each other by presenting confectioneries, flowers and greeting cards. ( Source ) In short, today is the day where we express our love for our loved ones. Today is also the day where many men's wallets gets on a diet! LOL!!!! Valentine's Day has been too commercialized lately. But which girl doesn't want to receive flowers and chocolates on this special day. However, lets stress that its not only on this day that love should be expressed right? Bi, you can buy me flowers on any 365 days of the year. Everyday also can one de.... I was feeling drowsy due to the cough syrup and did not want to lunch with Bi. So he said it was ok. Later one, he watsapp me and said his bro could not have lunch with him as he was busy. He wanted to come over to my office and have lunch at my canteen asking me whether the canteen here is open or not....

Finally got my hands on iPhone 5. With the help of my brother whose fren helped him to purchase from Singapore apple store. Still look so stock at the moment. Gonna personalise this phone to my liking in no time. But of course the level of customisation is not as much as my Samsung note. It's been quite some time since I last use iTunes. I have to admit I struggled abit but luckily my fren was over at my house and she helped me out quite a fair bit. Noob la me. I can use 1 hand to type!!!!! Previously when I was using Samsung Note, I really hate to use the app to blog as it was really not user friendly at all. So at least for this part I am glad that I changed back to iOS. Someone asked me whether I am used to the small screen after the 5.3" of my Note. It's a bit of a shock actually. I really liked the big screen. I am supposed to be planning for our wedding. But seriously besides the date and the location, nothing else is really confirmed, oh except for the bridal pre-wedding shoot. We have already decided on the shop. Lets hope that they deliver. Well, I do have ideas on what I want to do. But at this stage, that is all that I have, ideas. I just want a really simple dinner, where my loved ones will enjoy themselves. The feelings that I want to impart to other people is happiness and warmth.That should be what marriage is about. Being happy with the person that you are going home to at the end of the day. Lets hope I don't get too stressed out by the planning.  

I should concentrate on my running. How to run faster and further. When I started running, I simply hated it. But I feel good after a run. Like I had completed a goal. However, due to certain circumstances, I haven been running as often as I should. And I find it hard to run again after such a long hiatus. I should really try my best to run again. Been reading articles on running and strength training to motivate myself to run once again. Lets hope that I'll get better in no time at all.

How do you handle disappointments? I get to such a state that I expect disappointments from this person. Because whenever I have expectations, they never get realized. Just more disappointments. I am getting really tired and weary. Will I get to such a stage that I no longer cares about anything becoz the disappointments are just too much? I guess that I am not that far off from that stage.

Lee Chong Wei was injured in a match against Peter Gade in Thomas Cup 2012. Here's a video of the sprain. Looks like a really bad sprain. OUCH!!!!! I hope he can fully recover and train in time for Olympics. Speedy recovery! I remember the last time that I sprained my ankle, it was kinda similar to LCW. But its not as bad and I already took 3 weeks to recover. I started playing badminton after the 2nd week as I was itching to play badminton. But it still hurts so I just took it easy and din run. The pain was excruciating !!!! Some more on some days, my ankle still hurts. So its not really a full recovery. I wish LCW will have a full recovery and be back on the court soon!

There you go! My normal work attire. I used to wear cotton button shirts for work but I find that those shirts are boring to the max. So I like to mix and match my work outfits.
