Was a bit tired for running last night as I played badminton first then I went running. Coz the treadmill was being used when I arrived at the sports hall.
Did 6 sets of 3/2. Had a bit of a problem with the threadmill. The decrease speed button is not working properly so I had to press cool down and start the machine again when the cooldown is complete. Sigh!
I did 2 sets of seat ups and some stretching.
My calf mucles are sore but my left ankle is not holding up very well as I sort of had a soft sprain on last Friday while playing badminton.Plus my never ending left knee problem. I started having knee problems coz my previous domestic helper dropped a safe onto that knee. (Yes its a safe and its a long story) So now I have an ever lasting memory of that maid. Wonderful!
Gonna do a bit of running later after work again.
