Tried out interval running today. Well it feels great. I did not want to start with the most basic. So I started with 5 sets of 3/2 with 5 mins of warm up and cool down. Surprisingly I felt tired but still able to play badminton. 3/2 simply means running for 3 minutes followed by 2 mins of brisk walking. There are lots of benefits for interval running. But first and foremost it can be for weight loss in addition to Increase of stamina.
After running, I played badminton! It was fun although I did sort of cause my partner to lose 2 matches. Haha. Well the opponent was damn strong ok. Me and a guy versus 2 guys! Oh well it was a very fun match. The others of coz won coz it was ladies double.
Have to train harder as the charity run gets nearer
