Speed

It's been quite some time since I last drove back home straight after work on Friday and alone tim!

What to do? My Bi have to work on Sat and I wanna bring my car to my dad's hospital for checkup. So I have to come back on Friday so that I can do whatever needs to be done.

Everyone have been asking me how fast do I drive everytime I come back to Seria. Well, I was very boliaw and the car in front of me was so damn slow.......so had a little time to take this photo.


Can see the speed? The first line.......62km/hCan you believe that I was only driving at 62 km/h?

I bet Bi also wont believe that. But hey, a picture is hardcore evidence rite?

Ok la, ok la. I dun wanna be a liar. This was the real speed I was going.



Cant see it properly? Ba look at my speedometer la. Haha. Not enough to measure even.



Ya ya, I know what are you all thinking. How can drive and take pic at the same time and at that speed. Well for one, there was no other car on the highway. Secondly, it was a straight road. Third, I just aim and press the button. Doesn't need a genius to do that ok.

Bi, before you scold me ha. It was not raining. The roads are not slippery. Finally, what is the point of owing a S 15 if you cant drive fast rite? hehehehe. And it was only on the highway between Seria and Lumut. There are too many turtles on the highway between Tutong and Bandar. Anyway, it was raining at that part of the highway and so I was driving at only 60 km/h.

I LOVE the feeling behind the wheel. Been so long since I have such a nice drive. Lets do it again!

Unveiling

I was so excited yesterday. Someone called and told me that it was ready for pick up. What is ready for pick up? What makes me so excited? . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . What else would make me so excited other than cars? Woo Hoo!!!!! Subaru Impreze STi !!!! How cool is that? Bi fetched me yesterday around 5pm to pick up the car. I could not sit still at home. Was feeling so excited. STi has 3 settings, Intelligence, Sport and Sport Sharp. I read an article online saying that the Intelligence mode makes the STi crawls like a snail. Hmmmm, their exact words not mine. So Bi and me took the car out for a short drive. We were kinda disappointed with the power. It was then we realised that the setting was at intelligence. OMG!!!! When we changed the settings to Sport Sharp, the power is unbelievable. Its like 3 times faster and more powerful. We hit 180 km/h in less than 2 minutes (mite be less if not for those few turtles on the road). In the past S15 will need quite some time to hit 16...

After I read Me Before You by Jojo Moyes  a few years ago, I was waiting for the sequel. What would happen to Lou after Will left? What would her life be? If I am Lou, I will constantly ask myself 'Why am I not enough?' 'Is there anything that I could have done to change his mind?' 'Was it all just me? Just in my mind?' In this sequel, Lou was a wreck!
