Launching of Project 3C

Friday the 13th

I wonder why did they choose Friday the 13th to launch Project 3C.....

Project 3C is a service excellence program that is intended to change the service culture that DST Group is currently in. The program strives to make it a living culture that all DST Group employees will live up to the standard. To instill in each and every employee of DST Group to have excellent customer skills. We intend to stand out from the rest.

Anyway, evidently its a very important program for our company. All 7 of our branches were closed for the afternoon on 13.07.2007 to enable all the frontliners to come to DST HQ to participate in the launching. Even the staff from KB and Temburong were there.

When we were on the 12th floor in the morning with the rest of the Secretariat, to check out the work of the Campaign and Promotions, I saw this....

Hehe. Its me right there in the middle of the photo. Kinda weird when I'm quite new to the company. The Campaign and Promo guy was telling me, 'Jen did u see that u are in the poster?' Boy did I see. How did they get such a good photo le? My version of that photo is showing all those tables and chairs.....


Like always whenever there is function on the 12th floor, I cant resist not taking a few photos of the breathe taking view.

Another photo of Myrna, Hanie and me.....How much we have changed in the past 6 mths? Hehe. Myrna and Hanie still have their fringe. Damn....I really must go for a hair cut soon, my hair looks like shit.

Unveiling

I was so excited yesterday. Someone called and told me that it was ready for pick up. What is ready for pick up? What makes me so excited? . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . What else would make me so excited other than cars? Woo Hoo!!!!! Subaru Impreze STi !!!! How cool is that? Bi fetched me yesterday around 5pm to pick up the car. I could not sit still at home. Was feeling so excited. STi has 3 settings, Intelligence, Sport and Sport Sharp. I read an article online saying that the Intelligence mode makes the STi crawls like a snail. Hmmmm, their exact words not mine. So Bi and me took the car out for a short drive. We were kinda disappointed with the power. It was then we realised that the setting was at intelligence. OMG!!!! When we changed the settings to Sport Sharp, the power is unbelievable. Its like 3 times faster and more powerful. We hit 180 km/h in less than 2 minutes (mite be less if not for those few turtles on the road). In the past S15 will need quite some time to hit 16...

WTF? MCB! I just received a call from my mom asking me why did I blog about the AUD placement in my blog. Apparently, someone from my mom side of the family was complaining about how I put this piece of news in the internet. Why jealous? I did not disclose the amount that I had bought.
