Superman & Supergirl & Bi's Birthday

Can't seem to sleep....although I am pretty tired. Gonna play badminton tomorrow again, looking forward to some serious sweating.

Came back from the RA seminar session from KL last Friday night (or should I say early Saturday morning) It was very interesting, those issues that were discussed during the seminar. But yeah, not gonna bored anyone to tears.

Thanks to Tianlun, Laurence and Alina for accompanying me while I was in KL (and thanks for all the free meals too, hehe) I had a great time catching up with you guys. Its been too long since we last meet up to have a chit chatting session. Missed you guys!

There was quite a bit of sales going on in KL and got a couple of great deals as well. But the purchase of the trip I gotta say is the superman shirt!!!!!! Its original from DC Comics ok and its not only for kids.

Actually I got myself another one which is with swarovski crystals one....hehe oh well, I like superman what. Its just too nice not to buy.

I am pretty worn out from the trip and also not to mention that I had sore throat and cough (souvenir from KL) and not to mention that I still had some things that I had to unpack and not to mention (again) my pile of work sitting on my messy desk right now. More catching up to do lagi la.

I miss blogging sometimes but then I am already taxed enough. Like my friends once mentioned before, I have a life that I gotta live. Blogging should be done for pleasure and at my leisure. (or in my case, its more like its for ranting) hahaha.

Its great in this house. No more unnecessary (and stupid) pressure and stress. I like going home now. I love my housemates too (although u 2 might not know my blog, 3 if you include my sis). There are a number of things to be done. I gotta get the stove (currently using the induction cooker, damn slow man) and a dinning table (or else we are all eating in our own rooms, defnitely not good for relationship building) and also the aircon for the living room.

As for work, tell me when is ever work finish and done? Its a good thing that I really like my job right now. Although there are doubts sometimes as to whether this is a good career choice. But yeah, I love what I am doing right now.

Then there is Bi's mini celebration of his lunar calendar's birthday.




Bi old liaw. He is already 27 years old. hehehe (Don't worry Bi is still kinda cute for a 27 year old that is)

It seems like it was only yesterday that it I was 18 years old. Where has the time gone?

Bi haven chosen his birthday gift yet. Yeah, we are like that one. We tell each other what we want for our birthday gifts, saves the other party from racking their brain out in selecting a good gift. But I think that he is narrowing down his gift to either a watch or handphone.

Unveiling

I was so excited yesterday. Someone called and told me that it was ready for pick up. What is ready for pick up? What makes me so excited? . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . What else would make me so excited other than cars? Woo Hoo!!!!! Subaru Impreze STi !!!! How cool is that? Bi fetched me yesterday around 5pm to pick up the car. I could not sit still at home. Was feeling so excited. STi has 3 settings, Intelligence, Sport and Sport Sharp. I read an article online saying that the Intelligence mode makes the STi crawls like a snail. Hmmmm, their exact words not mine. So Bi and me took the car out for a short drive. We were kinda disappointed with the power. It was then we realised that the setting was at intelligence. OMG!!!! When we changed the settings to Sport Sharp, the power is unbelievable. Its like 3 times faster and more powerful. We hit 180 km/h in less than 2 minutes (mite be less if not for those few turtles on the road). In the past S15 will need quite some time to hit 16...

After I read Me Before You by Jojo Moyes  a few years ago, I was waiting for the sequel. What would happen to Lou after Will left? What would her life be? If I am Lou, I will constantly ask myself 'Why am I not enough?' 'Is there anything that I could have done to change his mind?' 'Was it all just me? Just in my mind?' In this sequel, Lou was a wreck! But it's understandable though, she had just lost the love of her life. She has lost someone who had shown her the different aspects of life.
