Happy New Year 2015!
Another year has come to an end. 2015 is awaiting you with even more warmth and happiness!
I have been with Fitwellness since Oct 2014. It has been a lovely journey and have never regretted it! Who knew I had it in me to do 19km? Ultimate goal for this year is to run a 42km marathon in Singapore!
This is my transformation so far!
My face is not so round anymore and my clothes are getting more and more loose! I have progressed from half dead from running 8km to feeling I could run more on a 8km run!
Although my transformation is not as drastic when compared to others, I believe that I will get there....slowly but surely.
So what are your goals for 2015?
Mine are
1. Get my fat level down to 15%
2. Complete Sundown marathon - 42km
3. Be kinder to all
Milestones will be like
1. Eat less processed food
2. No sweet stuff
3. Do not miss workouts
4. Do my morning workout
