I love cooking!!!!!!

For those who are close to me, they would know that I love cooking. Not so passionate about baking and whats not, but I really love to cook. Sometimes when a certain recipe for something comes to my head, it will be stuck in my head and will not go away until I actually tried out the recipe.
 
It does help that my parents are great cooks as well. That pretty much explains my body size. LOL!
 
But while I am cooking I'm pretty lazy to take pics throughout the process, you know messy hands and stuff so normally I will only take a picture of the end result. I think Bi has more photos of the food that I cooked than I have coz after whipping out a delicious meal, all that I want is to sit down to enjoy it and not taking photos of it.
 
Just to share a few delicious pics of some of the food that I had personally prepared.



Fresh red dragon fruit with lychee and strawberries generously drizzled with yoghurt




Delicious fish, oyster and mussel stew. Best accompanied with piping hot meal!





This has got to be the most simple dish that can be whipped out in 15 mins top. Japanese curry!




I simply love this dish. Its oil free and oh so healthy! Recipe calls it Lion Head 





Shepard pie. This is also quite simple to make but involves a bit more time as you need to mash those potatoes. One of bi's favourite dish.




Steam country style chicken. Simply delicious! With my favourites black fungus and mushroom and a dash of shaoxing cooking wine.





Steam tiger prawns with egg underneath. Not a big fan of prawns though. But still delicious!




Uncooked and marinated chicken wings with char siew sauce and uncooked fish waiting to be steam. I could not find the pics of the cooked and ready to eat version!

There have been so many instances where I came by my blog and I want to blog about so many things in my life. Unveiling

I was so excited yesterday. Someone called and told me that it was ready for pick up. What is ready for pick up? What makes me so excited? . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . What else would make me so excited other than cars? Woo Hoo!!!!! Subaru Impreze STi !!!! How cool is that? Bi fetched me yesterday around 5pm to pick up the car. I could not sit still at home. Was feeling so excited. STi has 3 settings, Intelligence, Sport and Sport Sharp. I read an article online saying that the Intelligence mode makes the STi crawls like a snail. Hmmmm, their exact words not mine. So Bi and me took the car out for a short drive. We were kinda disappointed with the power. It was then we realised that the setting was at intelligence. OMG!!!! When we changed the settings to Sport Sharp, the power is unbelievable. Its like 3 times faster and more powerful. We hit 180 km/h in less than 2 minutes (mite be less if not for those few turtles on the road). In the past S15 will need quite some time to hit 16...

WTF? MCB! I just received a call from my mom asking me why did I blog about the AUD placement in my blog. Apparently, someone from my mom side of the family was complaining about how I put this piece of news in the internet. Why jealous? I did not disclose the amount that I had bought.
