Lost cities of the world

I have always been fascinated by all the myths and mythologies ever since I was young.

I like documentaries about the tombs of famous pharaohs, lost cities, mysteries (yeah call me a nerd)

Have a read here about how technologies verify certain myths about lost cities.

Recalling back to my childhood, I read a lot of books like the Hardy boys, Nancy Drew and the Three Investigators. They had these 3 in 1 books that were sold in Bismi (a book shop which is also selling stationeries) in my hometown Seria. I wonder whether I still have those books or not. There were fun to read. I still remember that there is a hint of romance between Nancy Drew and one of the Hardy boys.

I wanted very much to be an investigator back then. It seem so interesting all the things that they do. Well, I wanted to be a lot of things when I was young. I even wanted to be an archaeologists. Coz I wanted to be the one to discover tombs of important people and study their lives. I am curious about everything. I guess this is why I love what I do now. I like to search and analysis and trend and see if there is any unusual exceptions. Its just interesting to me. (I know this can be boring for most people)

My love for mysteries and seeking for an answers continue into my adulthood. I love shows like Bones, Dexter, Lie to me, Mentalist.

There have been so many instances where I came by my blog and I want to blog about so many things in my life. But there were also as many instances where I just gave up and kept my thoughts to myself. I am 34 years old in 2017 and soon I will be another year older. Unveiling

I was so excited yesterday. Someone called and told me that it was ready for pick up. What is ready for pick up? What makes me so excited? . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . What else would make me so excited other than cars? Woo Hoo!!!!! Subaru Impreze STi !!!! How cool is that? Bi fetched me yesterday around 5pm to pick up the car. I could not sit still at home. Was feeling so excited. STi has 3 settings, Intelligence, Sport and Sport Sharp. I read an article online saying that the Intelligence mode makes the STi crawls like a snail. Hmmmm, their exact words not mine. So Bi and me took the car out for a short drive. We were kinda disappointed with the power. It was then we realised that the setting was at intelligence. OMG!!!! When we changed the settings to Sport Sharp, the power is unbelievable. Its like 3 times faster and more powerful. We hit 180 km/h in less than 2 minutes (mite be less if not for those few turtles on the road). In the past S15 will need quite some time to hit 16...

After I read Me Before You by Jojo Moyes  a few years ago, I was waiting for the sequel. What would happen to Lou after Will left? What would her life be? If I am Lou, I will constantly ask myself 'Why am I not enough?' 'Is there anything that I could have done to change his mind?' 'Was it all just me? Just in my mind?' In this sequel, Lou was a wreck! But it's understandable though, she had just lost the love of her life. She has lost someone who had shown her the different aspects of life. Showed her that the life she have had is so unbelievably small. There is so much more to live for. Showed her how she could have made a difference!
