Cover up

Finally I took my S15 to the workshop to erm.....wat do you call that? cover up kah?

Anyway, becoz of a little incident on Saturday afternoon, I was left with my left hand side door looking like this.....




Although the dent is quite small and the scratches are not all that obvious but I know its there and its been eating me in the inside.

Since I'm gonna to cover up the scratches that was 'created' last Saturday, I thought that I might as well ask the guy to cover up other places.

My front bumper. Got this BIG scratch at Jo's house. Sien!!!!

Aiyak!!!! There was a wolverine scracth on my side skirt. I asked the boss to cover thar as well but I forgot to take a picture of that scratch.

Its gonna cost me like B$ 200. Hai!!!!! So much more expensive than Bi's car. Coz the boss said that my car's paint is pearl white, not ordinary car paint.

Then I also asked him for a quotation for a full body paint. It's gonna cost more or less B$1000 man. Actually my paint are quite new, its just that I cant stand all those little scratches here and there. I dun wanna pay so much right now coz 1. I have another more important thing that I am saving up for. 2. my paint is still new. So just gonna ask the boss to touch up first. Maybe in 1 or 2 years then I'll go for a full body paint job.

The boss actually ask me to spray ordinary white and not pearl white. I will just stick to pearl white coz that is my favourite colour on cars. Ordinary white............looks ordinary le. my S15 is definitely not. hahaha

Unveiling

I was so excited yesterday. Someone called and told me that it was ready for pick up. What is ready for pick up? What makes me so excited? . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . What else would make me so excited other than cars? Woo Hoo!!!!! Subaru Impreze STi !!!! How cool is that? Bi fetched me yesterday around 5pm to pick up the car. I could not sit still at home. Was feeling so excited. STi has 3 settings, Intelligence, Sport and Sport Sharp. I read an article online saying that the Intelligence mode makes the STi crawls like a snail. Hmmmm, their exact words not mine. So Bi and me took the car out for a short drive. We were kinda disappointed with the power. It was then we realised that the setting was at intelligence. OMG!!!! When we changed the settings to Sport Sharp, the power is unbelievable. Its like 3 times faster and more powerful. We hit 180 km/h in less than 2 minutes (mite be less if not for those few turtles on the road). In the past S15 will need quite some time to hit 16...

After I read Me Before You by Jojo Moyes  a few years ago, I was waiting for the sequel. What would happen to Lou after Will left? What would her life be? If I am Lou, I will constantly ask myself 'Why am I not enough?' 'Is there anything that I could have done to change his mind?' 'Was it all just me? Just in my mind?' In this sequel, Lou was a wreck!
