Celebration

Its the time of the year again.......to empty out our bf's wallet. For myAbbi, its even worse coz its a double celebration. One for Valentine's Day and the other one is my Birthday.

My angmoh's birthday falls on 19 Feb. But more often than note, I celebrate my lunar calendar b-day.

I dun really have the mood to celebrate my birthday this year since I'm turning 25 years old already. DAMN!!!! I am so old already. It seems like yesterday that I Justify Fullwas turning 18 and starting my Uni life in Miri. How did the time pass by so fast?

Most of the photos are still in my phone. Really need to get a bluetooth for my pc to enable me to send the photos to my pc.

The pig (wrist rest.....dunno wat people call it officially....its for resting your hand while using the mouse) and the cute phone holder are not part of the present. I bought them myself in Singapore. Cute le?

My new phone. LG KU 990 (Viewty). Hua hua hua.....finally got my hands on it. A big THANK YOU to Bi. Bi knew that I kinda wanted this phone while we were shopping in Singapore but I din buy it coz I cant claim back the GST since we went into Singapore by land. With the GST included, the price is about the same as in Brunei so why buy in Singapore and bring it back to KL then Brunei? So Bi asked me whether I truly like Viewty and when i said yes, he ordered it from QQ store. 5 mp camera le. The same as my digital camera liaw. So far so good, no complaints on the phone.

Like I've said, I dun really have the mood to celebrate my b-day this year. So Bi brought me to Capers to enjoy their all you can eat. Not bad, not bad. Just that the portions are quite small but its good in a way that you can order more variety. We ordered 3 pastas and 1 pizza. Yes, we finished everything (Bu Fei? Nan lo!!!) After dinner, we went to watch Ah Long Pte Ltd. Its damn funny la.....feel like watching it again (but not in cinema la, gonna wait till the clear copy DVD comes out) Must watch, if you can understand Hokkien, its even better!!!!! Hahaha.

Since I'm not a very big fan of cakes so Bi bought 2 small individual cakes from Bakelyn. One of the cakes melted le....think its the crunchy chocolate praline. So sayang.....But anyhow, its still a cake. Made a wish....hopefully that wish will come true.

I'm 25 years old now. Officially mid twenties liaw......walau eh.....sigh.

But there were also as many instances where I just gave up and kept my thoughts to myself. I am 34 years old in 2017 and soon I will be another year older. Unveiling

I was so excited yesterday. Someone called and told me that it was ready for pick up. What is ready for pick up? What makes me so excited? . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . What else would make me so excited other than cars? Woo Hoo!!!!! Subaru Impreze STi !!!! How cool is that? Bi fetched me yesterday around 5pm to pick up the car. I could not sit still at home. Was feeling so excited. STi has 3 settings, Intelligence, Sport and Sport Sharp. I read an article online saying that the Intelligence mode makes the STi crawls like a snail. Hmmmm, their exact words not mine. So Bi and me took the car out for a short drive. We were kinda disappointed with the power. It was then we realised that the setting was at intelligence. OMG!!!! When we changed the settings to Sport Sharp, the power is unbelievable. Its like 3 times faster and more powerful. We hit 180 km/h in less than 2 minutes (mite be less if not for those few turtles on the road). In the past S15 will need quite some time to hit 16...

After I read Me Before You by Jojo Moyes  a few years ago, I was waiting for the sequel. What would happen to Lou after Will left? What would her life be? If I am Lou, I will constantly ask myself 'Why am I not enough?' 'Is there anything that I could have done to change his mind?' 'Was it all just me? Just in my mind?' In this sequel, Lou was a wreck! But it's understandable though, she had just lost the love of her life. She has lost someone who had shown her the different aspects of life.
