Finally we manage to find S 15 tail lamp. The original tail lamps are actually quite new but they are a bit blah....so my car need a bit of a make over.
See the difference? Once I saw it in the shop, I was already drooling....hehe the same goes for Bi as well.
There are other things that I would like to change as well......
I like the design on both side of the bumper. But Bi pointed out to me that I'm gonna have the same problem as the current bumper. I guess so.....but then its damn nice la.
Ings....hmmm....I saw this at one of the shop here in Bandar. The boss said the lowest price that he can give me is B$550.00, inclusive of the paint and labour charges. This is a bit simple and not fierce. The boss said that this is his newest arrival. Hmmmm
C-west looks nice but then too many Silvia here are using c-west. So I dun think I wan this. I like the eye lid though.
This looks good. But then its also sweeping the road while driving. So this is only good for Silvias that for car shows....not very practical. But I like the head lamp.
The best that I had seen so far is this...........
I had downloaded the picture from car domain. This Silvia belongs to a guy in Osaka, Japan. I envy the people there.....they must have lots of choice to choose from. This bumper is actually Trial (same as mine) but this is another range called 'Tryforce'......check out his ride here. This is very satisfying. I wonder whether anyone carry this. I think I'll bring this and ask Kim Seng whether they can make a replica for me.
I'm looking for another body kit called 'Trust'. I wonder how it looks like.
3. Tyres
The tyres are nearly bald. I have to change it sooner or later. 18 inch tyres are very expensive. The cheapest is Nan Kang at about B$ 150++ per tyre. But then Kevin used Nan Kang and his tyre actually split. OMG!!! That is very dangerous. Westin intro Federal (Taiwanese brand, same as Nan Kang) Its also quite affordable at B$ 170++ with 15 months warranty as well. I was thinking of sticking with Bridgestones, which my other car with 17 inch rims are using, but the price is B$ 360++ per tyre......So much difference o. Sigh! I'll ask around for the best tyres and at an affordable price.
4. RSM meter
Not that I wanna change it. Just wanna move the rsm meter. It is making noises when its at the dash board.....
5. Sub woofer
I need sub woofer. Luckily the current speakers are not bad, Kenwood. I need the bass la....too used to it liaw. This is not that expensive....unless I decided to get a very high end one.
Currently, that's the list....dunno in the near future.
Finally, I have some time and good light to take pictures of my Silvia. Its not very good.....coz I was in a hurry. Hehehe. I'll take better shots next time.
Before (with original tail lamp)
See the difference? Once I saw it in the shop, I was already drooling....hehe the same goes for Bi as well. There are other things that I would like to change as well......
1. Front cushion covers (If I have the money, I would go for Recaro seats, replica of coz)
2. Front bumper. Its too low. Damn, every where I go, I have to worry and think ahead can my car actually go up on that hill? I know it kinda defeats the idea of a car....thats why I have to do something about this. Either I cut 2 inch off thee current bumper. Or I buy another one. Searched through the net for some ideas on which bumper is the best looking one.
