I read this in my cousin's notes on Facebook. "A true and faithful friend is one who will tell you the truth even when it wounds or hurts you, but an enemy will only tell you what you want to hear." I find that phrase so true. So when a friend tells you what you don't wanna hear, try to open your heart and listen. Coz its really for your own good. There is not one friend who would wanna see you unhappy or wanna hurt you (unless they are your enemy) Beware of those who only sweet talk you!!!!

okok.....the previous post was about last weekend, this post is gonna be last last weekend. Hahaha...yeah I am that busy (as if, more like lazy la) Its been quite some time since I last spend a weekend in Bandar. We (Bi, me and Bi's parents) went for breakfast and then shopping at The Mall. Din really buy anything. DST was having a roadshow at The Mall as well so I went over to say hi to my colleagues......and since they are so busy, I decided to help them out for a bit. It was so tiring man. I helped them out for like 2 hours and I was knocked out. Went to Lee Loi Fatt and then back to Bi's house to oioi. I was totally asleep.......slept for about 2 hours and then my parents came from Seria and so me and Bi went to have dinner with them at Si Hai Ting......hmmm....their roasted duck is kinda disappointing now. Anyway, we went back to The Mall and my colleagues are still there.....kelian le......(they later told me that they worked till 12am) Mami and me went to buy some shirts...

So what was I up to on the weekend? Longan Soya Milk Cake from Patisserie Heart Shape Chocolates all around Its a milestone. This year is very special coz of .........don't wanna tell you!!!!!! . . . . . . . . . . . . . Hahaha, I'll just let the picture tell its story.

This post is all about me ranting, so leave if you don't wanna see me rant. Someone really pissed me off with their thoughtlessness on Tuesday. See, I was happily minding my own business driving home on Tuesday. So I was parking my car, still feeling ok. I saw a silver Vios parking at the garage (my landlord punya parking space ok?) so I politely asked the 2 little gals (ok la not that little la, old enough to drive liaw at the very leat) who are they looking for. They replied me saying that they are looking for one of the gals who recently moved into the house. So I told them politely "I suggest that you move your car coz that is where the landlord normally park". Walau!!!!! Know what they answered me? "But Miss X (my very the new housemate) told me to park here (pointing to where I just happily parked my car) and since you parked there already where do you suggest I park my car?" and this is being said in not so polite a voice. You say la.......being kind hear...

I am not happy. You can say pissed off actually. ARGHHHHH!!!!!! I wanna rant. If you don't want me to go, then tell them la. Don't release your anger at me.

Hmmm, I noticed that I am starting to blog more. Hehehe, thats good right? Went down to Miri on Friday evening. Its been quite a while since we (Bi and me) went down to Miri for 2 whole days. We went straigt to KW's house to play lami (what else again le, since lami and mahjong are my favourite pastime). Watched the Opening Ceremony of Olympics while playing lami. From TV, there are so many people. I hope that this means that more money will be flowing in to China and in turn this will boost the economy. Finally bought the coloured contacts that suited my eyes and its pain free (wooo hoooo) Nice or not? Guess whats the colour? Self potrait! Currently still in love with my hair. I'm bored. Just finish watching 4 episodes of lost Season 4. It haven lost me yet as a fan. It's as intriguing as ever. This is Bi in May 2008 studying for his CPA. Hmmm, back from The Empire. Kinda disappointed about the launching though. Nothing definite has been told. Just that the new organisation chart has been released. It might take more time for the emplacement. Coz for now, we doesn't know who is gonna be in which unit/department. One very good news is that they are revising our salary scale. YIPEE!!!!!! Hope that they will increase my salary la and not forgetting the benefits. Benefits are also being reviewed and we raised some of our concerns as well. I am very happy that in revising our salaries, our performance is also taken into consideration. Coz this is only fair. I am already getting unmotivated in my work lately. Hai! So this piece of info is gonna keep me going for another few more months at the very least. Oh and another change is that I am in the management service scheme. Haha.....I wonder which post would I be in. Oh well, its all gonna be revealed in about 4 months time.

Am gonna start taking CPA again after a year's hiatus. Hai! Feel so sien. CPA materials still sitting in the box. My bro hand delivered it to me all the way from Seria. Like I said before, CPA is so kiam. Sent me the materials only. No folder. I paid AUD 230 for the deferment le and, and they cant even gimme another folder. So I had to take out all the previous semester materials and put in the new ones. So troublesome! Finally done. The schedule! (The horror) As if I ever follow the schedule. hahaha. On closer look, I was suppose t start studying last night. Haha.....Bi was after me to start studying liaw. Even talking about it, I also feel sleepy liaw, not to mention actually reading the materials. Like Cikgu Manshor always says learning is a process from young till the day that you die. So after CPA, I'm thinking to continue my Masters. After I am officially CPA status, I can be exempted from 6 units. Which means just another 6 units to take. But which Master do I wanna take...

As you all know that ever since May 2008, DST has launched its 3.5G network. Along with this network, there comes mobile broadband call GO! Broadband. As always with a new product, there are a lot of raves and also a lot of nays. Although I am among its first customers, I have not actually really use it for myself. Since my beloved (hehe....laying a bit thick here) Company gave each staff a modem (broadband connection not included) and also since the router is gone, I decided (well, more like desperate already) to make full use of what I had paid for. I do find it hard to latch onto the network. Had to give it a couple of tries. Finally after like 3 tries I had latched onto the HSDPA network. In case no one here knows what HSDPA means, HSDPA is short form for "High Speed Downlink Packet Access", in other words 3.5G. DST offers a speed of up to 7.2 mb. Imagine ho, when I first signed up for e-speed, it was only 128kb le, and what about comparing it to dial-up? Its like compari...

Sigh! Received the CPA materials last week (or issit last 2 weeks). This CPA ah, really cant stand them. As I had deferred this unit from last semester, they had to mail me the materials again and guess what? They really just mailed me the materials.....just papers and no folder le, which means I have to reuse the folder from last semester. I mean so kiam (stingy) la!!!!! I paid Aud 230 for the defer le. Its not as if I am not paying anything and they have to send the materials FOC rite? Hai.....what to do, they are accountants wat. Really calculative! I haven been studying for CPA for 2 years now, roughly a year le. I have another 3 more papers to go (including this one). So far so good, I got through all 3 papers on the first try. Even that stupid financial reporting or something. haha. Got a few friends asking me whether studying and working is tough. It is very tough lo. Imagine working the whole day and when finally its time to go home (to sleep), you cant coz you have to study. I...

I feel happy today. Din go to the pasar malam last night coz my 'beloved' Bi wanted to watch the finale of his singapore series on astro. Even so, I feel happy. Found loads of pictures. I am forever saving it here and there. Should really centralise it. Annual Dinner The DST 13th Anniversary's theme was International Culture. I din manage to get much time for pictures as I was on the Organising Committee and wh a t's more , I'm in charge of the lucky draw. Was so busy for the whole night, running here and there. I remember that I din even eat any of the delicious buffet!!!!!! There was roast lamb la. Hani (shoud be spelt as Honey coz she is so sweet), Nony and me International Night out: Indon, Kadazan (if I remember correctly), Korean The ladies behind the lucky prize collection point Artowawa and Head of Unit (The lady behind the successful annual dinner) Artowawa and her ex Manager, David The FINALE!!!!! I DID NOT win the grand prize la......all expenses paid...

Been quite busy from the start of this week. Monday went to play lami with Abbi and lost money again! Tuesday went for dinner with a dear old friend. Wednesday went for movie at the Mall. Watched Journey to the center of the Earth. I am tired! Think I am going to do my nails tomorrow. Haven't done my nails for eons. The previous nail artz. Then maybe go on a date with my beloved Abbi neh to the padang. Hope it wont rain tomorrow night. Can hardly open my eyes now. Got a couple more photos to upload. Too lazy....gonna zzzzzz now YAWN!!! Been getting all these spam mails about free money. Getting very annoyed. Maybe I'll try one out for the fun of it.
